Refund Policy

At Taparia Spices, we maintain strict quality standards for all our products. Due to the nature of food items, returns are limited to genuine and verified cases only.

  1. Eligible Cases
    Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged or if an incorrect item has been delivered.
  2. Return Request Timeline
    Customers must raise a request within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
  3. Product Condition
    The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Any tampered or opened product will not be eligible for return.
  4. Proof Requirement
    Customers are required to provide clear images or videos showing the issue. Requests without proper proof may be rejected.
  5. Refund Process
    Once the return is approved after verification, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Returns will not be accepted for taste preferences, natural variations, or cases without valid proof.
