Shipping Policy

At Taparia Spices, we strive to ensure timely and reliable delivery of all orders.

1. Order Processing
   Orders are processed within 72 hours of confirmation.
2. Delivery Timeline
   Delivery is handled by third-party logistics providers and generally takes 3–7 business days depending on the location.
3. Shipping Charges
   Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2000. For other orders, charges may vary depending on the shipping provider and delivery location.
4. Tracking Information
   Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive tracking details along with a tracking ID (AWB number). This can be used to track the shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.
5. Delivery Issues
   Taparia Spices is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
6. Failed Delivery
   In case of failed delivery due to customer unavailability, re-delivery may be attempted or the order may be cancelled.
